Kings Heath Hockey Club offers hockey at very competitive prices.
Your annual Membership fee and Match fee pay for the hire of Astro Turf Pitches for all hockey games, pitch hire for training, all coaching, professionally catered for match teas (both home and away teams) and administration costs such as EHA affiliation fees, MRHA affiliation fees, MRHUA fees, indemnity insurance, competition entry and any other related costs.
The committee at Kings Heath Hockey Club consists of volunteers and is run to cover costs ONLY and not as a profit making organisation.
Annual Membership fees are due January 1st and should be paid before January 31st. Players joining after January pay a pro-rata fee from date of joining to the following January. All payments can be made in stages and concessions are available. The fee is a substantial financial contribution to therunning of Kings Heath Hockey Club and without it the section could not function.
Being a member of Kings Heath Hockey Club entitles you to the use the main Club House at 247 Alcester Rd South all year round with its superb facilities including big screen Sky TV, sports bar, lounge and restaurant.
As a member of Kings Heath Hockey Club you become a shareholder in Kings Heath Cricket and Sports Club and have the right to attend and vote at the Hockey Section A.G.M and the Main Club’s A.G.M.
Substantial discounts are available if you wish to become a member of another sports section based at the Club which include:-Cricket, Tennis, Squash, Archery, Snooker and Bowls.
Current Hockey Section Membership Fees:
Full Membership - £145 per year
Under 18's only pay £30 for Single Sport Membership
Under 21’s get a 25% discount - £108.75
Full time Students (Under 25) get a 50% discount - £72.50
Current Hockey Match Fees:
Full Member - £7.00 per game.
Under 18/Un-waged - £4.00 per game
